Face Data Summary
Our App processes images that may contain facial information solely for image processing features such as template-based generation, visual effects, and creative enhancements. Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are described in Section 1.2 Face Data, with additional details in Section 3 Processing Architecture, Section 4 Data Retention, Section 7 Data Sharing, and Section 10 Your Rights and Data Deletion.
MotionPic ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, share, store, and retain information when you use our mobile application.
Our app allows you to upload or capture photos and videos to generate visual effects and processed media based on selected templates and features.
Photos or videos may contain facial information. This data is used solely to provide the requested features. We do not perform facial recognition or identify individuals.
When you use image processing features, the App may process images containing facial information.
What we collect:
Images you upload or capture that may contain faces.
How we use it:
Face data is used exclusively to generate visual effects and processed results requested by the user. It is not used for identification, profiling, advertising, or model training.
We do not generate or store biometric identifiers and do not perform identity recognition.
Processing:
Face data is processed either locally on your device or on our own secure servers under our direct control. We do not use any third-party AI services.
Data Transmission:
If processing occurs on our servers, data is encrypted in transit and processed securely.
Disclosure and Sharing:
We do not share or disclose face data or user content with any third parties. Face data is processed only on your device or on our own servers.
Storage:
If processing occurs on our servers, face data is stored only on our own secure servers under our direct control. It is not stored on or transmitted to any third-party AI provider.
Retention:
If processed on our servers, face data is temporarily stored and automatically deleted within 7 days after processing is completed. We do not retain face data longer than necessary for the requested feature. Users may request deletion at any time, and verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in this Section and in Sections 3, 4, 7, and 10.
We may collect limited device information such as device model, OS version, and identifiers for functionality and performance.
We may collect aggregated, non-identifiable usage data to improve performance.
With user permission via App Tracking Transparency, we may use IDFA for advertising attribution and performance measurement.
All processing is performed either locally on-device or on our own servers under our direct control. We do not integrate with or rely on any third-party AI services.
In MotionPic, "AI" means software-based image and video processing features that automatically generate visual effects and processed results from photos or videos uploaded by the user. "AI-powered photo" means a generated or enhanced photo result created by these app features based on the user's selected template, effect, or feature.
User content and generated results are automatically deleted within 7 days after processing, unless required by law.
Face data is not retained beyond processing. Users may request deletion at any time, and verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
The app does not process any user content unless the user actively selects or uploads it.
By uploading or capturing content, users explicitly consent to processing for the requested features.
We request permission before accessing IDFA.
We do not share any user content, images containing faces, videos containing faces, or face data with third-party AI services or external processors.
We may use third-party services for analytics or crash reporting. These services do not receive user photos, videos, or face data.
MotionPic does not send user photos, videos, face data, or generation inputs to any third-party AI provider for processing.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
Users may request access or deletion. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Not intended for users under 13.
We may update this policy.
