Face Data Summary
Our App processes images that may contain facial information for AI features (image-to-image, image-to-video, video face swap). Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are fully explained in Section 1.3 Face Data, with additional details in Section 3 (Data Sharing), Section 4 (Data Security), Section 6 (Your Rights), and Section 9 (Data Retention).
Portra AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Portra AI (the "App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.
When you use our AI features (image-to-image, image-to-video, video face swap), the App may process images that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:

We do not share your content (photos, images containing faces, prompts, or other user-generated data) with any third-party AI service. Portra AI does not send your personal data to any third-party AI service. All AI-related processing is performed either on your device or on our own servers under our direct control.
Portra AI does not use any third-party AI services. No user data (photos, face data, prompts, etc.) is sent to external AI providers. We do not share face data or user-generated images with third-party AI providers. We may share other information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We store authentication tokens and preferences securely on your device (e.g., Keychain). User-generated content and usage data are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
With your permission, we access your photo library only to save generated images. We do not upload, store, or share your existing photos except when you explicitly choose to use them for AI features (e.g., image-to-image generation). You can revoke photo library access at any time in your device Settings.
You have the right to access and correct your personal information. You can do this by contacting us at the email address provided below.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to our legal obligations.
You can opt-out of tracking by adjusting your device settings. On iOS, you can manage App Tracking Transparency permissions in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Facebook's data practices are governed by Facebook's Privacy Policy.
Portra AI may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases. The subscription title, length (e.g., weekly or annual), price, and price per unit are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and in the App Store product page. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions are processed by Apple; we do not collect or store your payment information. Your use of subscriptions is also governed by our Terms of Use (EULA).
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using our App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers where required.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Face data and media content: Images and videos containing facial information that are processed for AI features are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6.2); we will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We may also notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App or via other reasonable means. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
